CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Our customer service team members work closely with the customer’s merchandising, marketing and logistics teams to ensure the efficient execution of product roll-outs and customer issues.

DISTRIBUTION CENTERS:
We have strategically partnered with two distribution centers on the West Coast and one distribution center on the East Coast. Combined, our DC’s have just over one million square feet of warehouse storage space.

SUPPLY CHAIN:
Our end to end supply chain and logistics team is responsible for delivering the product in the most timely and efficient means while minimizing costs to the customer. We have logistic teams located in our key offices in Asia, Africa and the US to coordinate the timely delivery of our product.

DATA & PLANNING

Our experienced merchandise planning and distribution teams are centrally located to accommodate and service the four time zones across the U.S. Our teams constantly monitor sales and analyze sales reports in order to assist in the replenishment of inventory. Additionally, our merchandise planning team predicts customer demands and manage the purchase order process.
